All our UK domestic orders are dispatched within one working day according to your preferred delivery option. At checkout you have an option of UK Free Delivery, UK Tracked Delivery or UK Next Day Delivery. We use a selection of postal and courier companies - Royal Mail and DPD.

The postage choice you make at checkout will determine which postal company we will use to ship your order. All tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we have it available so you can keep track of your precious pampering products!

Please note we have a 1.30pm cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery orders to ensure we are able to dispatch your order on the same day! Look out for the clock timer on your product pages to see exactly how much time you have left. Deliveries will not occur on national and bank holidays in the UK and will be delayed until the following day. This applies for international deliveries and foreign holidays as well.

All customers viewing bellezo.com from outside the European Union see vat/sales tax free prices and should be aware that they are responsible for payment of customs charges where applicable in their home country.

Due to strict postal weight restrictions for international shipping, some orders will need to be sent in more than one package. These packages may arrive at different times but shall all be dispatched on the same day.

Bellezo.com will only consider claims for lost items for Europe after 30 days following dispatch, and for the Rest Of World after 90 days following dispatch. All estimated delivery times could be affected should your parcel be very heavy or if delayed by Customs entry procedures.

For parcels that are returned to us following a failed delivery attempt, or as a result of incorrect or missing address details, we can resend once the parcel has arrived back with us. You would need to pay the postage fee again or if you prefer a refund this would be less the postage and packaging again once the parcel has arrived back with us. Don't worry, parcels that have had a failed delivery attempt are normally kept for some time before they are returned. Please get in touch if it has been more than 3 weeks following placing your order.
